Every morning upon waking, you write out your Conscious Thoughts For You Too and then read them out loud so you can hear them for you too.
And then close out your morning practice with three Conscious Breaths For You Too.
Then every evening before you go to sleep, you read the Conscious Thoughts For You Too so your mind can learn how to receive too.
And then close out your evening practice with three more Conscious Breaths For You Too.
To complete the natural cycle of Arriving and Returning.
To complete the natural cycle of returning to you.
Because you are already complete.
It is your thoughts you learned to think about you that are incomplete.
And the first step is the Understanding.
